Rainy day, but I got an essay and a rug done!
Tag: knit
Finished a little snugglebuddy for my new second cousin. I mixed several different patterns, so here’s a link to my Ravelry project page if you’re interested!
Ele is stuffed with old yarn bits from cutting the ends off my knitting. I try to use every piece of yarn somehow! The eyes are embroidered on with small bits of scrap yarn as well. I’m not at all sure what she’s made of, because I got the yarn from a thrift store, but I have enough to make two small slippers as well, so that’s next!

Final touches complete.
THEY’RE DONE! I may embroider the Smiley onto the “bored” sock, not sure.
Ravelry project page here, with the patterns, alterations, and lots of notes!
I’ve finished my John and Sherlock socks! They’re quite gay. Going to take pictures tomorrow; but perhaps after I finish embroidering the Smiley on.
Guns and Tea Knit Lap Blanket Pattern
I wrote this pattern earlier in the year. It’s perfect for large yarns, and a quick knit if you understand cables! Seeing as my current finances (hello University in America) are dire, I’d appreciate any interest this receives!
((If you can’t afford it for this price, please let me know. I’ll work with you.))
Additionally, this is on ravelry as well! Come say hi!
Cable Capable Pattern
Finished my pattern! The first 200 downloads are free with the code CABLETIME. Happy knitting!
Pattern-making for the scarf I just finished. Time to write up what I did. Upside: had a good time making the scarf. Downside: deciphering my notes on how I made it.
All done! Could use steam-blocking but really, I’m not gonna rummage through the storage bloc for the steamer.
The scarf thing is done. Thank heaven. My hands hurt. But I’ve definitely mastered cables.
