I don’t understand beauty in the sexual sense
I like function, and form, and skill; those I can understand. But just liking a nipple because it’s a nipple. Or skin because it’s skin? What is that like?
I can find the function of those things fascinating and amazing, but I see nothing that I find the need to touch or explore in that sense….
I’ve finished my John and Sherlock socks! They’re quite gay. Going to take pictures tomorrow; but perhaps after I finish embroidering the Smiley on.

Pattern-making for the scarf I just finished. Time to write up what I did. Upside: had a good time making the scarf. Downside: deciphering my notes on how I made it.
All done! Could use steam-blocking but really, I’m not gonna rummage through the storage bloc for the steamer.
The scarf thing is done. Thank heaven. My hands hurt. But I’ve definitely mastered cables.
